Grace is a licensed clinical social worker and licensed behavior analyst. She has 20-plus years of post-master experience working in the mental health field in a variety of settings (e.g., home, school, clinic, and community).  She has experience working with individuals, families, and groups specializing in  Autism, ADHD, PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, Parenting, Anger Management, Grief, and life transitions.  She comes from a strengths-based approach in which individuals have the capacity to rise above any adversity by using their unique strengths and she is simply there to help them see it. Kindness, compassion, non-judgment, and working collaboratively with her clients is her approach to helping them restore their balance. She utilizes various therapeutic approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, positive psychology, and mindfulness practice.  Grace enjoys spending time with her family, mindful walks, a good book club, and sometimes a good Netflix binge.
